There is a great book coming out next week by Alan Frew (lead singer for Canadian rock group, Glass Tiger). It's called "The Action Sandwich - a six step recipe to success by doing what you're already doing." The Foreword is written by Tim Long, Executive Producer, The Simpsons (former head writer for David Letterman) and here's the synopsis...

I love the way you challenge me, Paige!

This is such a good reminder that hard work and persistence pay off. I will be concentrating on that during our 90 min bike tomorrow! :)
